Basketball is a popular sport with many different variations of the game being played across the world today. It can be played with a ball and basket or even using a set of three balls with a goal being to score the most points. The object of the game is to score more points than the other team. This can be done by making your shots, making free throws and being the best player on the court.

Basketball is typically played as a single player game where there is no foul allowed until the final buzzer sounds to end the game. You can do this through: Using a mirror, dribbling a basketball with one hand, dribbling a basketball with two hands, making sure that your feet are shoulder width apart, shifting from right to left while dribbling, and making sure that your knees are bent. You can perform these and other drills on your own at home.

Second, in basketball, it is important to have rhythm and control. One way to improve rhythm and control is to start another dribble as the ball goes to one foot, then change the direction of the ball and start a new dribble. If you don’t know how to do a change of direction dribble, watch YouTube and find an instructional video on how to start another dribble. Once you get comfortable doing it, you will find that it helps you in many aspects of the game of basketball, especially if you’re playing against good defenders.
